Robin, you teach in the way I like to learn. There’s no “waffling” as you like to say- just cut straight through the theory and straight to the point. Your ideas have helped me enormously with both my traditional/standard jazz playing as well as my bluegrass picking. I find your lessons, notes and general inclusion in all things Gypsy, very helpful. After a long absence from playing I’m enjoying learning Tainted Love, and slowly getting back into playing. I just wish there was a teacher in the Toronto area I could take lessons from. Until I do though, the responsibility is on your shoulders. Thanks a lot, retirement is becoming more interesting.
